JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Surveillance Operator! You'll be responsible for video monitoring of key areas across the property, ensuring security and compliance. Duties include observing casino activities, identifying and documenting illegal or unusual actions, and reporting to supervisors or authorities. Strong knowledge of PGCB regulations, internal controls, and confidentiality is required. This role demands attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to all policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strict adherence to the confidentiality of all departmental and PID information.
- Maintain close observation on all casino activities from the monitoring system.
- Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and unusual activities occurring in the casino slot areas, table games areas, cage areas, and other money handling facilities.
- Report all illegal and unusual activities to the supervisor on duty or other appropriate authorities as necessary.
- Know all PGCB regulations, as well as PID internal controls and standard operating procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Language ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Math ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Computer skills: Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office products experience preferred.
