Surveillance Officer (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs
• Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino
• Maintain surveillance of premises to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions
• Take and respond to radio calls
• Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log
• Able to function in a multi-task situation
• Able to monitor multiple cameras
• Observe and report all infractions
• Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment
• Communicate and implement department procedures in accordance with internal controls
• Complete surveillance reports and investigations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality
