Surveillance Officer - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationships
• Maintain surveillance of Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally’s Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls
• Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board
• Monitor and safeguard company assets
• Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

Target Salary Range: $24.50

• Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
• Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds
