Observation Duties

Monitors casino activities through CCTV system for criminal activity and policy violations.

Records and documents observed activities and reports findings to relevant authorities.

Maintains property alarms and communicates with responding parties.

Completes detailed incident reports and daily logs.

Skills and Knowledge

  • College degree preferred
  • Good technical and manual skills
  • Strong math and writing skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Casino Games preferred
  • Effective communication skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of appropriate experience
  • Adherence to N.J.A.C. 1369D-1.10 and 1.11 regulatory requirements
  • Sign an acknowledgment of these regulatory requirements prior to employment
