Surveillance Agent - Part Time

Responsibilities

• The clandestine monitoring of slot machines and cashier operations.
• The video recording of table game movements.
• The preparation of daily logs and incident reports.
• The patrol of the facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras.
• The maintenance of compliance with laws and regulations.
• The preservation of proper security and chain of custody for departmental evidence.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Security or Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to learn work-related computer programs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination for camera switcher controls.

Qualifications

• Licenses: License with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Skills
