Surveillance Agent

Responsibilities

• The clandestine monitoring of slot machines and cashier operations.
• The video recording of table game movements.
• The preparation of daily logs and incident reports.
• The patrol of the facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras.
• The maintenance of compliance with laws and regulations.
• The preservation of departmental evidence.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Security or Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• The ability to learn work-related computer programs.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.
• The ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies.
• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
• The ability to write reports.
• The ability to perform basic math skills.
• The ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
• The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
• The ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
• A license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meeting any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Qualifications

• Sitting 90% of the time.
• Standing 10% of the time.
• Lifting/moving up to 20 lbs.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination to operate camera switcher controls.
