About the role

The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property to protect company assets using video and audio capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property
• Utilize computer-based software to generate documents
• Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure game integrity
• Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops and bill validator drops to protect company assets until accurately accounted for
• Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets, and other casino instruments
• Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor
• Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls
• Receive quarterly testing
• Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain them
• Take photographs for proper documentation of incidents and events
• Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management
• Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls

Requirements

• Must be age 21
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

Pay

Starting salary: $20 to $21 per hour
