About the Role

Serve as a surrogate to assist intended parents through pregnancy, providing support and adhering to program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified women in understanding requirements, legal processes, compensation, and pregnancy support.
• Undergo medical, psychological, and legal screening to ensure eligibility.
• Maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow medical advice throughout the process.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure smooth matching and pregnancy management.

Requirements

• Age 21–37 with at least one prior healthy pregnancy and live birth.
• BMI under 32 and non-smoker with a stable lifestyle.
• Ability to complete screening processes and adhere to program protocols.
• U.S. residency, subject to review based on state and program requirements.
