Responsibilities
- Undergo medical and psychological screening
- Participate in the matching process with intended parents
- Carry a pregnancy to term following medical protocols
- Participate in eligibility checks and coordinate with a team on screening and matching
Requirements
- Age 21–37
- At least one healthy pregnancy and live birth
- BMI under 32
- Non-smoker with a stable lifestyle
- U.S. citizen
- Ability to complete all screening processes
Pay
Compensation up to $120K+ based on experience, location, insurance, and journey details.
