Novant Health Medical Group Davidson Urology is looking for a compassionate, caring Urology Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider to perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians. Our specialists are committed to working with you and the rest of your care team to create a personalized treatment plan designed with you in mind. Our expert clinicians provide the latest treatments or management of medical oncology conditions as well as hematologic conditions.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, one day a week for hospital call.

Supporting locations: Will support Thomasville location as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree required
  • Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required
  • RNFA required for NP candidates
  • Open to new graduates; surgical experience a plus

Qualifications

  • Current PA license in appropriate state required
  • NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry required
  • ACLS (if infusion center or cardiac specialty) required
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
  • Ability to work with management team and physicians
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
