Surgical Technologist (Main OR) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Surgical Technologist to perform essential duties in the Operating Room, including providing surgical instruments to the surgical team and coordinating patient care. The role requires maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring safe, efficient procedures aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures by supplying instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
• Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure smooth patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational mission, values, and standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program as per the National Board of Surgical Technology
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification

• Proficiency in English
• Ability to perform job functions safely and successfully, with or without accommodations
