Surgical Technologist - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during neuro/spine, orthopedic, pain management, and other surgeries, ensuring patient safety and aseptic techniques.
• Support the sterile field by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating needs, and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist with patient draping, instrument counting, and OR turnover procedures.
• Work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating patience, tact, and stamina to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is highly preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic and spine surgeries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, work collaboratively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and achieve CPR certification.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision and patient care excellence.
