Surgical Technologist - Labor And Delivery

Duties

• Facilitate the surgical care of the labor and delivery patient maintaining an aseptic environment.
• Insures that all required instrumentation, supplies and equipment are readily available.
• Assists with room turnover between schedule cases.

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Minimum 1 year of surgical tech or OR work experience.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
  • Preferred CST certification.
  • Preferred previous Surgical Technologist Experience.
