Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for complex surgical procedures
• Manage instruments and equipment to ensure readiness and safety
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations to uphold aseptic techniques
• Verify supplies and implants, participate in surgical counts
• Support room setup and turnover to ensure efficient surgical workflow
• Ensure high standards of aseptic technique, support surgical procedures, and contribute to innovative, evidence-based care while advancing professional skills in a collaborative environment
