About the role
This is a full time, night shift position.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all necessary elements are in place for surgical procedures.
- Participates in the teaching of staff and students.
- Mets all criteria for Surgical Technologist I.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology required.
- Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within three months of start date or at discretion of Director for positions at MMC.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of experience required.
- Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Surgical Technologist I role.

Pay
Experienced CSTs are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
