Surgical Technologist I - OR (1.0 FTE, day shift)
About the role
Technologists specializing in the operating room assist surgeons as scrub techs. Duties may also include functioning as a Unit Support Technician and in the OR core.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgeries
- Prepare instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program OR applicable military surgical technologist course of study
- Current Washington state registration as a surgical technologist
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum one year of current operating room tech experience (preferred)
Qualifications
Required qualifications include graduation from a Surgical Technologist Program or equivalent military training, current Washington state registration as a surgical technologist, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include one year of current operating room tech experience.
Skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Pay
Compensation range: $37.13 - $60.10 per hour. Salary information is based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
