Surgical Technician - Full Time

Role Overview Seeking a Surgical Technician responsible for performing advanced surgical tech duties, maintaining equipment, managing room turnover, case flow, and supporting cost containment and financial reimbursement. The role reports to the Director of Surgical Services or Obstetrics and involves working full-time during day shifts. Key Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures with advanced skills.Maintain and troubleshoot surgical equipment and systems.Prepare operating rooms, ensure proper case flow, and facilitate room turnover.Support cost-effective practices and contribute to financial reimbursement processes. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program within 1 year.National Certified Surgical Technologist certification upon hire.CPR certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association.Minimum 5 years of experience in major service areas such as ortho, neuro, trauma, or cardiac.
