Job Duties
Performs direct patient care duties, including assisting physicians during procedures.
Affords assistance in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, equipment, training, and credentials.
Adapts to change in a positive constructive manner.
Ensures cleanliness and/disinfection of endoscopes while maintaining quality control measures.
Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Education Required - High school diploma or equivalent and graduate from an accepted course in surgical technology certification.
- Experience Required - 2+ years of experience in specialty.
- Certifications Required - Certification in Surgical Technology. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.

- Good organizational skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to be self directed.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement.
