Surgical Tech Extern

Job Summary

As a Surgical Technologist Extern, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on surgical experience while working alongside a highly skilled team committed to caring for and improving human life.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Saving (BLS)
• Currently enrolled in an approved Surgical Technologist program

Responsibilities

• Organizing and stocking the operating room with instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Aiding with patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Assisting with transporting, positioning, and comforting patients
• Supporting the surgical team during procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile environment
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
