About the Role

The Surgical Services Manager oversees daily operations of the surgical department to ensure high-quality patient care. The role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, overseeing budgets and supplies, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating communication between teams and patients. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in surgical services or perioperative nursing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Current RN license or relevant certification
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, healthcare regulations, and patient safety
• Proficiency with healthcare management software and EMR systems
