About the role
SpecialtyCare is the leading provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, monitoring over 100,000 cases annually and serving over 450 hospitals and 2,300 surgeons.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert neuromonitoring services during surgeries to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient care and surgical procedures.
- Continuously improve clinical practices through ongoing education and research.
- Support the development and maintenance of state-of-the-art IONM systems and protocols.
Requirements
- CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science related field preferred.
- Two years minimum of experience; five plus years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work on call.

Pay
Pay estimate: $79,600-$127,400/yr. Factors such as specific skill set, education level, certifications, and years of experience are considered to determine actual compensation.

Position involves working on-call schedule.
