Surgical Technologist, $10K Sign on Bonus

About the Role

A Surgical Technologist works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care under the direction of a licensed clinical professional in a clinic or practice setting. This full-time, evening shift position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms with appropriate instruments, sutures, supplies, and equipment; open sterile supplies and arrange sterile setups for operations.
• Perform office tests and administrative duties.
• Assess supplies and equipment for procedures as required by surgeons' preference cards.
• Set up operating rooms with proper equipment and instrumentation for specific procedures.
• Notify the circulator of any missing equipment or supplies needing repair.
• Practice cost containment by opening only minimal supplies necessary for procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a surgical technician program preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
