Surgical Glaucoma Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Surgical Glaucoma Manager to drive adoption of innovative glaucoma technologies, develop and execute comprehensive business plans, and build strong relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and practice staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex products within assigned territory.
• Engage with surgeons, ASC, and hospital administration to secure product approval and usage.
• Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and training teams to support surgeon onboarding and product utilization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure pipeline visibility.
• Achieve sales targets while embodying core values of trust and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ophthalmic sales or medical devices, with a focus on Surgical Glaucoma preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient-care benefits.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and nationwide as needed.
