Join Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, PA as a Glaucoma Surgeon within Vision Innovation Partners’ multi‑specialty ophthalmology team. You will step into an established practice with immediate surgical volume, strong referral patterns, and a busy patient schedule from day one. The practice offers an on‑site, company‑owned ambulatory surgery center, guaranteed OR block time, ongoing facility renovations, and a trusted community presence. You will work alongside experienced technicians, scribes, diagnostic staff, optometrists, and ophthalmologists, using advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment, with mentorship and collaboration from a highly experienced team. Qualifications

• Graduated (or pending graduation) from an accredited school.
• Active or eligible for licensure.
• Board certified or eligible.
