Qualifications
- (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Vocational School Graduate
- (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
