What You Bring Experience At least 2 years of surgical assisting experienceHands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and RoboticsSpine experience is required Education & Credentials Strong technical skills in the operating roomGraduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA Ability to acquire MN state license What Sets You Apart Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities and needsA customer-service mindsetConfidence to work independently and autonomously Physical Requirements Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation, including Ability to lift, sit, stand, or squatConstant seeing, hearing, and speakingFrequent lifting up to 20+ lbs., plus bending, reaching, standing, walking, and kneeling 🔹 Ready to Elevate Your Career?
