Surgical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Aid the Oral Surgeon during various procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment.
• Capture high-quality, diagnostic dental x-rays and scans as needed.
• Provide patients with clear post-operative instructions and oral care guidance.
• Accurately document patient information and chart notes.
• Perform administrative office tasks using a computer and dental software.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Oral Surgery/Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
