Grounded in clinical excellence, doctors in the Allied OMS network maintain essential roles in management, governance, and clinical practice and participate directly in the platform's growth. Seventy-five percent of the Allied OMS board of directors are doctor members, and Allied OMS doctors lead 100% of the platform's management committees. Founded in 2020 in partnership with DuneGlass Capital, a healthcare services-focused independent sponsor, the Allied OMS network now includes 83 doctors serving patients from 49 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Requirements A well-established, busy specialty office is looking for a highly motivated RDA to join or team. You must be a team-player who is looking for a great opportunity and long-term employment. We are looking for a professional person who is able to multi-task, use time efficiently, and always be one step ahead by anticipating the doctor’s needs. We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications Current RDA licenseValid California X-ray licenseCurrent BLS certificationTakes pride in attention to detailPunctual and reliable on a daily basisFriendly and outgoing personality, with both patients and fellow staffAbility to commute and work in both Napa and Sonoma locationsMinimum of 1 year dental assisting experience Qualifications Not Necessary But a Plus Previous oral surgery experienceOMSA certificateDental Anesthesia Assistant Permit (through Dental Board of CA)Emergency procedures - identification and treatmentFamiliar with dental/oral surgery software - DSN preferredComputer savvy, able to type 35 wpmAbility to read, speak, and write Spanish fluently and clearly Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Assisting in surgical procedures, both local and IV sedationSterilization and tray set-upsTaking and monitoring vital signs/ patient recoveryKnowledge of medical emergency protocolAssisting in consultations and post-opsLab/ 3D printing workOrganizing and restocking supplies and rooms as neededOther duties as needed shared amongst the assistants Benefits 401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance We are looking for someone who can work 40 hours per week, but may need to work overtime occasionally due to the nature of our business.
