Surgery Vascular Physician

About the Role

HCA is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join a busy group in Inverness, Florida. The practice has been established for over 30 years and has a strong reputation with local physicians. The position offers coverage exclusively at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital, located within walking distance of the office.

The team currently includes 3 general surgeons and 1 vascular surgeon, supported by 1 ARNP. Call is 14-20 days per month, and the schedule typically consists of 3 office days and 2 surgery days, with flexibility to accommodate the physician’s preference. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday 9 AM to 4 PM (with patient visits until 2 PM to allow time for add-on surgeries). Extended Friday hours may be added as needed for patient care.

The practice fosters a close-knit, family-like environment and involves daily collaboration with general surgeons.
