Job Summary
HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join their surgery team in Hudson, FL. Qualified Candidates:
- Must be board certified in their field
- Must be able to obtain a Florida license prior to starting
- 12 shifts per month covering Trauma services
- 6 physicians currently in practice and 7 midlevel's

About the Role
This position will cover Trauma services under the supervision of 6 physicians and 7 midlevel providers.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will provide patient care, diagnose illness, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate within their scope of practice. They will also assist in the coordination of care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Advanced Practice Providers must meet the following requirements:
- Board certification in their field
- Florida license obtained prior to starting employment
- Ability to work 12 shifts per month covering Trauma services
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
