Surgery Tech - Surgery Center

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Surgery Tech for our Surgery Center.

About the role

The Surgical Technician assists the surgeon to complete each operation safely and efficiently. The individual must possess skills and competencies necessary to provide nursing care to patients ranging in age from neonate to geriatric.

This position serves as a surgical technician in the Operating Room, primarily assisting with surgical procedures, endoscopy procedures, dental procedures, and supporting where needed in the capacity of a surgical technician.

Requirements

• Completion of OR or Surgery Tech certification
• At least one full year of direct position-related experience in an Operating Room
