Surgery Supp Spec

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• assists in monitoring consignment
• maintain availability of specialty supplies required for surgery
• coordination of daily surgery charges
• maintain statistical reports, all surgery logs and maintaining CDM as required by the Director of Perioperative Services

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous Perioperative Services Support Experience
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of medical terminology, purchasing procedures, surgery charge functions, budget development/monitoring and policy & procedure development
• Excellent Telephone Communication Skills Required
• Advance computer skills
