Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance of the surgery schedule
- All aspects of the scheduling process
- Strategizing and problem solving
- Ensuring high levels of customer service with scheduling coordinators from all doctors' offices and Operating Room Staff
- Outstanding leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to diffuse difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently with strategy
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hospital or medical office experience required
- Surgery scheduling experience is a plus
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way
- Show a genuine desire to work and improve the hospital as a whole
- Professional appearance
- Strong medical terminology
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills

Hourly Wage Range: Min $22.69 to Max $32.90 per hour.
