Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician

Role: A general neurosurgeon is sought to join a busy hospital-owned practice in Northeast Ohio. The position involves providing neurosurgical care with a focus on 80% spine and 20% cranial cases. The neurosurgeon will collaborate with an experienced team, including APPS, to support clinic and hospital duties, with hospital and on-call responsibilities limited to one facility. Responsibilities: Manage a growing inpatient and outpatient caseload, utilize advanced technology such as O-arm, Stealth workstations, and operating microscopes. Participate in a practice with strong referral networks, supported by dedicated neuro OR teams, hospitalists, and intensivists. Maintain a call schedule of 1:3. The practice is located within a hospital campus with a busy Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department. Qualifications & Skills: Board-eligible or certified in neurosurgery, with strong clinical skills and experience in spine and cranial surgery. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and utilize advanced surgical technology. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential.
