Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic/Spine Surgeon or Neurosurgeon to join a well-established practice on the West Coast of Florida. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with neck and back injuries related to acute trauma. Candidates should have fellowship training in neurosurgery or a spine subspecialty, with bilingual skills in Spanish considered a plus. Key duties encompass performing diagnostic injections, pain management procedures (interventional injections, radiofrequency ablations), and various surgical interventions such as anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, cervical disc replacement, spinal decompression, microdiscectomy, lumbar disc replacement, lumbar fusions, spinal cord stimulator implantation, minimally invasive decompression, epidural injections, kyphoplasty, and vertebroplasty. Ideal candidates will possess strong surgical skills related to these procedures. Offers full-time or part-time arrangements with a competitive salary of $450k + benefits. Additional Compensation Includes Monthly Performance-based Bonuses, Providing Upside Potential. Part-time positions are available at a per diem rate.
