Client designs, develops, manufactures and markets orthopedics products, including knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle artificial joints and dental prostheses. client has operations in more than 40 countries around the world Job DescriptionJob Summary (What You Can Expect)Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials needed for surgery.Ensures the safe and timely transportation of inventory to medical facilities and locations.ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities (How You ll Create Impact):Coordinates with staff to ensure surgery requisitions are submitted timely and accurately.Checks orders for completeness and make recommendations based on prior usage.Fulfills surgery requests accurately and within required timeframes.Uses ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue, and track inventory.Collaborates with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and on-site warehouse teams to fulfill orders.Assists warehouse personnel with manual order fulfillment as needed.Ensures the timely return of inventory and maintains real-time status updates.Boxes, packs, labels, ships instruments, and handles deliveries and returns safely.Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills and abilities) (What Makes You Stand Out)Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with stakeholders.High attention to detail with ability to follow directions precisely.Ownership of tasks and processes with a team-first approach.Working knowledge of relevant product groups preferred.Education/Experience Requirements (Your Background)Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experienceTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
