About the role
As a key member of the PawDoc team, you will lead the advancement of modern veterinary medicine through innovative care practices and continuous professional development.Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective veterinary care to a variety of animal species.
- Perform routine and complex medical procedures under the supervision of veterinarians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians.
- Assist in surgical procedures and dental care.
- Document patient care and treatment in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary technology or related field.
- Current state license as a veterinary technician.
- Experience in veterinary practice, preferably in an urgent care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for advancing veterinary medicine and providing exceptional care.
