Surface Repair Junior Sales Representative - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers about Surface Experts’ unique services and capabilities.
• Meet with 12‑15 contacts daily across industries such as property management, hotels, movers, and builders.
• Memorize and deliver a sales script, practicing through role‑playing.
• Document sales activities in the CRM, tracking each client from lead to work order and all intermediate steps.
• Report data accurately on a daily and weekly basis.
• Plan and execute a sales strategy for your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Junior sales position; prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑starter with high energy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities regularly.

Pay

Base salary plus bonus opportunities. Bonuses are earned after completing six months in the field and the training week.
