Requirements
- Be open to learn
- Enjoy working on your own
- Have experience working with your hands - Could come from varied sources: construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Duties
- Drive to our customers to perform the jobs scheduled for the day
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
- Communicate with the support team if questions arise
