About the role
The Supervisor – Specialty Pharmacy oversees and supervises the daily operations of the Health System's specialty pharmacy. This role reports to the Manager – Specialty Pharmacies & Medication Assistance Program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient specialty pharmacy workflows
- Develop strong relationships with clinic staff
- Collaborate with manufacturers and payers to expand specialty pharmacy networks
- Maintain accreditation standards
- Develop clinical programs and operations that support all aspects of specialty pharmacy
Requirements
- Successful completion of an Accredited ASHP residency preferred
- Washington State Pharmacist License in good standing
- Specialty, Oncology, Neurology, or Rheumatology additional credentials preferred
- Minimum three (3) years clinical or specialty pharmacy experience required
- Minimum two (2) years of retail pharmacy practice experience preferred
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefits
The Supervisor – Specialty Pharmacy is offered a competitive salary range of $172,910.40 - $233,916.80 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications. For union contracts, pay scales may vary. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
