Major Functional Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving associates, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor receiving activities to ensure accurate counts, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead damage control efforts and manage returns or rejections of non-compliant goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving docks and staging areas.
• Support system data entry for received goods and ensure timely updates to inventory systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for receiving operations.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated issues and communicate effectively across departments.

Required Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience: 3 - 5 Years warehouse or receiving experience required
• Required Qualifications: Warehouse and / or operations experience in related area including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse phases. Experience operating material handling equipment. Team lead or supervisory experience.
