About the role

The Supervisor Imaging Multi-Modality supervises outpatient imaging as assigned. Facilitates within each modality the maintenance and development of imaging programs, procedures, and evaluation systems. Supports and assists with marketing services, planning, and development. Exercises independent professional and ethical judgment. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission, Philosophy, and Code of Conduct of Elliot Health System.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning, organizing, and directing department activities
• Participates in the development of goals and objectives, and the establishment and implementation of department policies and procedures
• Keeps abreast of department performance and makes changes as needed to improve services provided
• Assures compliance with regulatory requirements as directed
• Works to ensure that the department meets budgeted census expectations, collects and analyzes marketing and referral data

Requirements

• Completion of formal Radiological Technologist training from an AMA-approved school
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy certification, Required
• ARRT certification, Required
• BLS certification, Required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Radiology field, Required
