About the Role
Responsible for operating multiple medical imaging modalities including x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography. Assists in achieving departmental objectives and fostering an environment that supports operational goals. Performs at least three modalities regularly to ensure quality imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic, mammographic, CT, and ultrasound examinations competently
- Safely transfer and prepare patients and contrast agents for procedures
- Test medical equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Perform mobile imaging and other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (required); Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferred)
- Minimum three years of technical experience (preferred)
- Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) (required)
- ARRT certification in radiography and in at least one advanced modality such as CT, MRI, Mammography, or Nuclear Medicine (required)
- CPR/BLS certification (required)

- Safely handle patient transport and contrast preparation
