Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twistThree to five years supervisory experienceMust be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs., but only with assistance from team members or mechanical equipmentKnowledge of and experience with TPSNo more than six points under Company’s Attendance Control SystemExcellent communication skillsMust have no written corrective actionGood organizational skills Responsibilities Item Description Plan and prepare weekly T/L meetings and Training of T/L Daily manning and machine loading Maintain set limit on PPM by dealing with abnormal conditions, conducting problem solving/countermeasure activity and checking F/L piece table to ensure quality Check defect table to ensure parts being thrown away don’t meet boundary samples Removing Waste/Manpower reductions Monitor T/L and T/M work attitudes, team work and attendance Improve relationships with all other departments Report downtime to Manager and discuss feedback from floor to Manager Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties Other duties as assigned by supervision
