Job Summary
Maintains the food service operation to produce high-quality products and excellent service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensures staff is productive, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing by ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
- Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
