Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree. Additional Requirements: Type of degree: Relevant Social Science Field. Area of study or major: Enter Area or N/A. Preferred educational qualifications: Enter preferred education or N/A.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed in the state of Ohio as Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision (LISW-S) or Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Supervision (IMFT-S), Licensed clinical counselor with supervision (LPCC-S).
• Training and experience: Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team for the adult population. Diagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental Disorders (DSM- 5 or subsequent revisions).
• Experience: Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience. Prior job title or occupational experience: N./A. Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A. Preferred experience: N/A. Other experience requirements: N/A.

Requirements

In addition to providing direct clinical services, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for delivering clinical training and supervision to both dependent and independent therapists. This role provides ongoing oversight, consultation, and professional guidance to therapists and clinical staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, documentation standards, and high-quality patient care. The position also involves planning and delivering on-site and off-site clinical case coordination, intervention, consultation, and educational services to adults and families, as needed.
