Supreme Court: Handshake requirement was not necessary and constituted indirect discrimination

The Danish Supreme Court recently issued a judgment addressing whether a temporary agency worker can simultaneously be covered by both the Danish Temporary Agency Workers Act and the Danish Salaried Employees Act, as well as when a temporary agency assignment ceases to be considered temporary.
