Supportive Housing Worker

About the role

The Supportive Housing Worker position at Community Counseling Center (CCC) in Fredericktown, MO is responsible for delivering community support services to individuals receiving services through the Clustered Apartments Program. This role involves coordinating mental health services, developing personal support systems, facilitating recreational activities, performing apartment inspections, and documenting services according to clinical policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to clients in daily living skills.
• Facilitate development and/or enhancement of personal support systems within the client's community.
• Absorb and enhance personal support systems within the client's community.
• Absorb and enhance personal support systems within the client's community.
• Assist clients in creating and participating in recreational activities as indicated or available.
• Perform bimonthly apartment inspections and provide input/skills training on household management.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, HSE, or GED.
• Two years of mental health or direct health care experience preferred.
• Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance.
• Must meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$16.42 - 18.82/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday: 8a-4:30p.
