About the role
The Supportive Housing Mental Health Residential Specialist provides mental health services within supportive housing settings to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Assess and document client progress
- Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare providers
- Implement evidence-based practices in treatment planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
