• Customer group - adults with Mental Health support needs

Requirements

• Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• Ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)
• Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay for it)
• Ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid)

Pay

£13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum, pro rata)

Schedule

• Permanent, part‑time (25 hours per week)
• Work as part of a 24‑hour, four‑week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings and sleep‑in shifts
• Service operates 7:00 am–11:00 pm with a sleep‑in shift; many colleagues choose condensed 12.5‑hour shifts
• Based in Worcester, with expected cover across supported services in Worcestershire (including Kidderminster) as required
